I am a fully insured and qualified REP's Level 3 Personal Trainer and Martial Arts Instructor that offers a range of Professional, customised and independent personal training services, along with lots of self-belief and encouragement to ensure that you can reach any fitness, health or lifestyle goals.

All of my clients will tell you that each session is made specific, varied, fun and enjoyable.

 

To help acheive your goal my holistic methods will guide you through a top quality programme, with all the components you need for a better you.

The holistic approach includes nutrition consultations and plans, phisical fitness programmes, lifestyle changes and a personal trainer to guide you the way!

I would say my strengths as a personal trainer is working with weight loss management, sport specific performance, health related goals and general fitness.

I can provide a range a programmes suited to any goal if is running a marathon, going to a wedding or just improving your normal reigme.

Step 2:

In the first consultation we will discuss why you have chosen Sean McCarthy Personal Training- your goals, lifestyle, your previous exercise and medical history. 

We will also take some tests on your posture, blood pressure, weight and flexibility this will give both trainer and client an idea as to what we have to work on.

Step 3:

At the end of the first consultation we will be able to see exactly what your health and fitness goals are. The planning can then start to for your own personal self-improvement lifestyle and exercise plan. All plans are made to be specific, measureable, realistic and time based. Both myself (the trainer) and you (the client) will work together and will sort out a booking for future sessions.
